Opera 10 Beta 3 released

A bit unexpected, but not unwelcome, Opera Software released the third beta of its upcoming flagship browser Opera 10.

With the rest of the competition already out (for this year), Opera is expected to release one or more release candidates before the final release somewhere this year.

As beta 3 follows up the second beta quite quickly the list of changes is smaller. In this release you will find: the ability to set the visual tabs on the left or right side of the browser window, tab improvements with better attention state design and many more fixes.

You can download Opera 10 Beta 3, for all platforms, from Opera's site. Also, be sure to check the full changelog.

Update: Opera 10 Beta 3 does not come with Opera Unite, but don't worry, they're still working on it, and thus a snapshot exists with Unite bundled.

For those who don't like the current horizontal line under the tabs (if you have tab thumbnails enabled), it will disappear in a later build, as the fix didn't make it in time.
